I checked to see if there were any Nvidia driver updates but no dice, I'm already on the latest version (which is the driver that came out right after Hogwarts, i.e. Performance was just fine up until this stupid patch. I've got a 5900X, 32GB RAM, and Titan RTX with the game installed on an NVMe drive. I guess I'll have to turn graphics down if I want to play it but that shouldn't be necessary. Since the patch, on the same settings, I'm getting 40fps at best, 30ish most of the time, with occasional dips down to 20.
